Loss of a bag

I am Thubelihle Dlamini, was traveling from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg yesterday the 30 of May 2024 arrived today the 1st of May 2024 in Johannesburg Park Station using City to City bus and my ticket number: B6YZ5492. On my arrival in Johannesburg I took my bag and notice that it is not mine though it was similar to mine and opened and confirmed that it wasn't mine and I thought the lady took mine by mistake. I then went to the City to City office in Park Station ask for an assistance and they referred us to City to City Depo and we went there and we were refused to meet the office people. We conveyed the message via Security that our only request if they can't call the passengers we request the contact details for all the passengers so that we can try and contact them they have refused to do so, we have asked them via security to contact they have also refused. I am in a dilemma, and inside my bag was my ID, my certificates and clothes. Please intervene on my behalf.
