Left stranded - Worst Service

I bought a bus ticket for my younger brother for a trip from Midrand to Durban. HE was meant to leave on 05/01/2016 at 21:20 and the bus station stated on the ticket is Samrand (Egoli). We waited for the bus until 21:30. After several attempts, we eventually got through to a call center agent who told us that the bus doesn't stop at Samrand anymore, it stops at Caltex in Midrand. By that time it was 21:45 and the bus had already left. I then called the call center again to try and find out when the next bus would be available but they never picked up the phone. I called more than 20 times and the phone was just hung up. My brother then missed his appointment. I had to drive him all the way to park station Johannesburg to try and find another bus:-( I will never use this bus service again. I heard similar stories before about Translux but I had never experienced it myself.<br> <br> Never use Translux.
