left stranded for two hours

On the 5th of January I went to board a bus in Germiston station to Sibasa in Venda. The normal departure time is 8 but at 8.30 we were taken to kaalfontein where we waited another hour for a bus. When enquiring as to when the bus was to arrive we where told there is a shortage of buses. What poor service!
