LEFT BY BUS BUT GOT AT THE STATION 65 MINS EARLIER

Hi Anthea,<br> <br> I am writing to you with a deep disappointment with a Translux service I received yesterday. I booked a bus to Port Elizabeth from Bellville in Cape Town (departing at 19:00). I got the at 17:55 because my fear was being left by the bus. Four Translux buses arrived at 19:00 and I presented them with my ticket. They all said the bus would still come. I waited there till 20:00. Finally another one came just then. I asked him if he knew of any buses still coming to the station, he said I should wait. Before leaving him, I gave him my ticket and he told me that one of the four buses that came earlier (19:00) was a bus to Durban and didn't understand why they said they are not going to PE. <br> The reason why I am so angry, down and disappointed is the fact that I have a meeting in PE on the 4th, and now I must be this unprofessional guy postponing the meeting! So sad!<br> <br> Please help me out!
