Laugages which was given away by the driver.

Good day, Please assist as I feel that this people are running away from the truth and the reality. In 2013 December when I was visiting to the Eastern cape, I took a Trunslux bus. I was travelling with my two daughters, The driver gave my bags to the wrong woman whom claimed that he got off in Queenstown, he says he thought it was me cause the women had a child with. we both had tickets to hand before we were given our bags. When we got off, all he says to me was sorry he made a mistake. I made it clearer to him that I want it paid up or he should find it. He took me to the offices in East London and they log a query and They asked me to submit the tickets as proof, which I did and to fill the form that may estimate the cost of the lost luggage's, which was never attended till 2018. From 2013 I was doing a follow up and now they Christine who took over the query came and tell me that the can no do anything due to that the guy its been fired. I am not happy with their response. I want the company to pay me back and also for not taking my query seriously. I had to go up and down following up with them. It feels like it was dine intentionally.
