Late bus & poor service

So dissapointed with the translux bus service. First it was late in Nelspruit. After 11 I went to ask what time the bus will arrive, was told at 11.30. At 12 I phoned the call centre number on the ticket & they said they will phone me back to let me know. <br> The bus came around 12.30 nobody bothered to say anything. Now its 14.40 the bus doesn't even stop for refreshmens and they still don't bother to communicate with us.<br> It's so stupid the way it's being run now. For 260 rand surely we deserve some kind of service
