Lack of Service from City to City Bus Service

On Tuesday 05 May 2015, I had a ticket booked for the City to City Bus Service from Swellendam Groentemark to Caledon, departing Swellendam at 15h00. As requested by the Bus Service, I was at the meeting point a half hour before pick-up / departure. By 15h37 I called the Call Centre, a gentleman took my contact number and said someone would contact me. Shortly after that a lady called me and told me that the bus was 20 minutes late - at that point the bus was already 40 minutes late. When I told the lady that, she was quite surprised and told me that she would enquire again and get back to me. She never did. Between that time and 17h00 on that day, i made plenty of calls to the Call Centre again and again, with no luck. Twice I managed to get to a person that informed me that someone would get back to me, but until today, 07 May 2015, I have not received as much as a 'beep' from anyone. I also spent R80 worth of airtime on calls to the Call Centre - with no-one answering. All I got was the most horrible 'voice' telling me to keep holding. \Please hold
