Lack Customers Service 😡😡😡😡😡

Been stuck on the road for more than 3 hours because the bus broke down, so disappointing. All they care about is money not customers as they don't want to refund us so that we take other alternative transports so annoyed and don't recommend this bus to anyone. Don't use city to city to/from Acornhoek/Bushbuckridge. 😡😡😡
