Ill Mannered Driver!

I have a complaint about one of the City to City Bus Drivers. 14 October 2019, around 15:30 pm I was waiting in Swartruggens to catch a City to City bus that comes from Mafikeng going Johannesburg Park Station. I was waiting there because that's where the bus passes and loads passengers everyday around 14:00-15:50. I was patiently waiting for the bus as I came early, waiting with my bags with my mother and the bus approached the stopping point I waved so he could see me and stop, but he didn't, he passed us there and we thought maybe he didn't see us, so we got in the car and followed him. We kept on flicking the lights and also the hazards, but he didn't budge , now it seemed like he was ignoring us, he kept on speeding, so we made sure we were faster than him and drove to a place called Mazista, 15km away from Swartruggens, we wanted to get there before him so he could at least find us at the bus stop, we got out with my bags and waited there. The bus approached, we still waved and to our surprise , he still didn't stop and passed us like nothing. We went back home and tried reporting the matter to Johannesburg Park Station but our calls were not picked up. Please respond to this asap!
