Ill-mannered and uncivil behaviour

<p>I had booked a bus on the 5 of January 2017 that was suppose to depart from Idutywa at 14:15and arrive at Port Elizabeth at 21:10. The bus was 2hours late and like any other individual that had been inconvenienced in such a way I asked the driver why the bus was so behind schedule he rudely rep**** "sundi buza ubu bhanxa" which translates to "do not ask me nonsense". When my mother and sister intervened as they where shocked by this response the driver did not hesitate to throw insults at both of them. When the bus arrived at East London (Windmill) more passengers entered the bus, one of the passengers unfortunately had the disadvantage of being placed next to a seat where a previous passenger had spewed up on. The passenger threw out the platic bag filled with the vomit herself and asked the the same driver for a mop so she could wipe the floor as well, the driver once again ungracefully responded and said " the only thing I have is my drivers license and not a mop, and by the way I am not a hostess I am a driver" . The passenger explained to the driver that it was unhygienic for her to sit next to such a mess but the driver expressed no concern what so ever. The pasenger was forced to bare this situation until she got to her destination. I am very displeased with the service I received, I am astonished that a man old enough to be my father can speak to people in such an uncivil manner and not just any people but paying customers. For this reason, in future I will refrain from using Translux/City to City buses and I wil go as further as advising my family and friends to do the same. </p>
