I want my money back as soon as possible.

I went to the office to cancel the ticket from KWT to Jhb. 1st I was told that they will not give me my money back they will extend the ticket for 3months. I tried to call the number 086 and 011 number for cancellation to no success. Once I select the option to choose I kept being cut I went back to the office to explain the situation. The guy who was helping me make copies of theTranslux ticket and Greyhound tickets for the same person and the same travelling time. And after that he told me he didn't make any sales today therefore he will not refund me. And that I should go to where I'm going and ask them to refund me. What is annoying the most I went there on time for the refund and person who was helping me was drunk lastly I waisted my time with him only after he told me he can't refund me because he didn't make sales.
