I had the most disappointing experience with City to City's bus service on September 29, 2023, and my frustration continues to this day. I had booked an online ticket from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg scheduled for 23:00, as confirmed by booking reference B6TK49GR.

The bus didn't arrive as scheduled, and my attempts to contact City to City's customer service were in vain. I even have attached images as proof, showcasing the stranded passengers sleeping on the floor and benches.

My ordeal began at 18:00 when I tried to contact customer service, but they were unresponsive. Despite assurances of imminent help, the consultant never returned. As a result, I had no choice but to find an alternative means of transportation, taking the Greyhound bus back to Johannesburg.

This experience was not only inconvenient but also stressful. I request a refund for the Bloemfontein to Johannesburg ticket I purchased for September 29, 2023, with the following details: - Booking *** - Departure Date: September 29, 2023 - Departure Time: 23:00

I hope City to City takes its customers and their satisfaction seriously and addresses this matter promptly. I eagerly await a response regarding the status of my refund request.
