I am the Customer Not You

Upon embarking the bus in Wilderness on 7 June 2015 I requested that I sit in the front of the bus as I have a thrombosis and knee problem and need to elevate my leg. I was still requesting this when the fat bus driver told me to get a seat in the bus and no you cannot sit there. The bus is empty so move to a seat after row 3. I was trying to explain my problem when he cut me off short. I moved to a seat and left it at that. Later the fat driver had gone to sleep and at one of our stops I discussed my problem with the co-driver. He explained that its unsafe to sit in the front seats. I asked him why they do not then make it safe for people with problems. I told him I was in agony sitting where I was as my leg was starting to swell and it pained. He told me to stick it out. He also told me that maybe I should carry a medical certificate with me then maybe they will assist me. Well that means if the doctor says its fine then I can sit in the dangerous part of the bus. How pathetic can they be. They spoke to the passengers as if they were dirt. The music all the way to Klerksdorp was so loud one could not sleep on the bus. Never again will I travel with them.
