Hygiene

Firstly the bus arrived late ,it was the old one ,inside it was smelling urine the floor was wet not sure if was it water or the urine,when we complained to the bus driver he said we can go tell their service assistant, when I got there they told me they is no complaint forms for me to write so they will take my number no response since then ,its almost a week now,on top of that I was traveling with a one year old baby ,what appalling experience with translux
