Hours of delays and told there is nothing that can be done

I booked a bus for today and was supposed to depart 06:25 am from Bellville to Riversdale. We got here on time, hours later we are told that the bus is delayed and not given any reasons why is it delayed . I am disappointed and disgusted ,it is clear that this company doesn’t care about the clients. A delay for 10 to 30 mins is acceptable but a delay for hours is. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I left my place before 6 so that I can be on time. This is disrespectful and taking your clients for granted . A group of people is waiting not even having a clue if this trip will be happening
