HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE

<p>so I booked a ticket to travel from George to Port Elizabeth on the 30/03/2017 00:15 in the morning. Not only did the bus not arrive at the station AT ALL!!!! With no explainantion from noone when we enquired the following day (enquired at every bus that stopped which was only 1 and the driver informed me that he was going to Capr town my bus is coming and it never did)I was also FORCED to pay an additional amount of R40, 00 to bord the bus the following afternoon at 12:45 after I was left waiting for the original bus till 05:00 the morning of the 30/03/2017. not only did George station never ever answer the telephone but I was hung up on three times that morning after 08:00. to top it all off while waiting fior the bus the following day I was reversed into on the station premises which I feel should not have happened as my bus was booked for long before the accident. what angers me the most is the fact that we were put in danger by having to wait a station for mor than 4 hrs without any communication of any sort and having to pay extra for something that was not our fault!!! this is pathetic!!!</p>
