Horrible trip on City to City bus

I wish I could give less than a 1 star review, this was the absolute worst bus I've been on🤦 the heater was switched on when it was 33°C outside and we were told that they couldn't switch it off because then the bus would overheat? It was an hour late to stops and two hours late to the final stop DBN to CPT. The seats are extremely dirty, they look like people have been standing on them and get this: there ****roaches crawling out of the vents!!!! At any point you could find a ****roach crawling around or even worse on someone! I do not knot what the hell is happening with that company but it's an absolute mess. AVOID BY ALL MEANS POSSIBLE!
