horrible service from city to city

<p>I have bought a city to city ticket from pretoria to sibasa (venda) and on the ticket the departure time is 19:00. Iam still waiting now at21:15 and no bus has arrived and no one is bothering to tell pasengers when the bus will arrive. The worst part is when i enquire at the translux office when the bus will arrive they do not have an answer all they do is shout at passengers.This is soo disrespetful of passengers and i have already bought a ticket and in the morning i have to attend my aunt`s funeral.something needs to be done to city to city for disrespecting customers</p>
