Horrible service at Translux

These people just never keep time, there is no customer service at all. I took a bus from Nelspruit to Johannesburg on the 05th April 2018. Bus was due to leave at 11:00 and the bus arrived after 12:00. When we got to Johannesburg, the driver stopped at the robots just before Joburg Stadium, some passengers got off and then we waited for a good 15 minutes while the driver had a conversation with a lady who was waiting for the bus as it stopped. No apologies, no communication, no nothing. I'm just angry that I have bought return tickets otherswise after this horrible experience, I'm never using this coach ever again. With all these delays, I was catching a connecting bus in Joburg but hey, who cares.
