Horrible Service

Extremely poor service. I bought a ticket for my husband. From Britstown to JNB. arrival time was suppose to be 20:00pm today 18 May 2021. its already 22:00 PM the bus hasn't arrived. No communication whatsoever. 2 hours of waiting, the place where he is waiting for the bus its not warm at all. He is currently freezing. this is not On at all.
