Horrible service

The trauma this company put us through is beyond me. The bus didn’t show up with no communication or explanation from them. They don’t pick up calls!! We spent THE WHOLE NIGHT outside in the cold and scare for our lives as it was not safe! They don’t care about our safety and health. When we followed up seeking answers on what happened they gave us a run around still no answer, zero accountability, no refund and most importantly no plan to provide the very same service they failed to deliver that we already paid for!!!
