Horrible service

First of all the bus was extremely late😑, the drivers were reeking of alcohol. Yesterday when I went to buy the tickets at the office at Joburg Park Station, I was told not to buy for my nephew who is 3 years old because he's not supposed to pay. Then the 2 drivers who were very rude and drunk demanded me to pay for the 3 year old. My kids were pushed out of the bus by one of the drivers who was bragging that he's been working for 21 years so even if I report him nothing will ever happen to him. He further told me that his colleagues who are selling the tickets are *********** and they don't know anything we must just listen to them. I have never been treated like this in my life before. I can't even explain how I feel right now. My kids are traumatized and they were very uncomfortable to even take the trip. I'm broken 💔.
