Horrible Service

<p>Their website for bookings have been down for over a year now. And if you live in a small town and cannot get to their booking offices in person, you have no way of booking a ticket. It does not help to phone their call centre/ customer care number. The operators are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! And today I was told that they do not need my business...I can use another bus service. This is not acceptable for a company delivering a service!! </p>
