Horrible service!!

I am so annoyed and disappointed!! I bought my City to City ticket on time for my trip to Elim. The departure time was meant to be 8h30 from Parkstation, only for me to leave 2 hours later. The bus only arrived at 10h30... Can you imagine!! The first bus that came already has passengers in it, hence it couldn't accommodate everyone. So now a new driver had to be called in. I wonder how these people do their bookings honestly. Never using this bus again.
