Horrible service

I have never had such bad service in my entire life. I had to depart my destination at 06:05 and this bus only gets to Stilfontein at 08:01. Next thing it passes without waiting! I will never use city to city buses ever again!???? and the bus driver as the audacity to say I booked late!
