Horrible Service

I booked a bus TransLux for the 22nd of December with NO hustle and the terms and conditions were explained to me. I was told to be at the station waiting for the Bus 30min prior to the time of departure. So I did as they said in their Ts and Cs I got there 30min early. The bus I booked was supposed to arrive in Bellville station as 06:55 , but it did NOT, I stayed there with other passengers and the was no communication with us as to what is happening. After 1hour 30 minutes came a bus City to City that was also delayed we were told to get in that bus as it was going the route as we are because Translux may be 3 or 4 hours late. This is actually not the 1st time this is happening to me. This company does not value its customers at all. They go with their business as if its us who need them. transLux_city To city need to respect us as customers
