Horrible serivice

I was charged R290 for my ticket yesterday for City to City, bought my ticket at the Translux window in park station. as i was in the bus I realized that the bus price on the ticket is actually written R280 which is the price other passengers paid. then bus was delayed via Bungeni was mixed with Malamulele and Vuwani. I was going to a village further down from bungeni next thing about 10 of us were left at Bungeni as the bus turned to go to Vuwani ZRH371GP, GOT SUN BURNED NO SHELTER WITH LAUGAGE AND SOME HAD BABIES, waited and waited hoping another bus would come and no one came ended up having to take a taxi to my village. imagine if i had no extra cash on me like some other passengers or if i was not fami**** with the area. horrible experience to say the least.
