Horrible, Patthetic Terrible Customer Service

Today on my way from Pretoria to Phalaborwa I had a very horrible, terrible and pathetic customer experience from the bus service of translux.

Riding on a translux bus was the worst nightmare about the state and condition of the bus.

Temperature is set at 33 degrees. Not to mention the cocroaches moving all over the places in the bus.

I askes one of the official about the bad state of the bus and he ignored me.

Over and above I requested both the driver and the assistant to reduce the temperature which is set at 33 degrees they said they don't touch that and is the engine temperarure. I am addressing this to management of the company to attend to this horrible pathetic state of service.

I regard this as a violation to human dignity.
