Horrible nightmare service.

Horrible service I booked a bus from hazyview to pretoria for my son. He was supposed to travel on the 17th. I made a booking online. It debited my money but it didn't issue me with a ticket. I called city to city on this number **********. I was told that my payment doesn't reflect. I was told that I have to go book another ticket at shoprite because their online system is not working. Why have a system where u can book online and it does not work. Why did it allow me to book. And take my money and then not give me a ticket. I has to send money to my son to go to shoprite to book another ticket. They didn't want to give me back my money. I was told that I must call the following day to check if my money reflects. The following day I was told the money does not reflect and that I must call again to request my refund. Until today I don't have my money back. I'm trying to call them no one answers. They couldn't issue me with a ticket, they can't give me back my money. I was given a customer care number which does not work. Their service is so bad. How is it possible that u have an online booking system which does not work. All i want is R220 back.

I've have written many complaints. I've called daily without any answer. There's no one who wants to. Give me my money back.
