HORRIBLE JOURNEY

Good Day Sir/Madam <br> <br> Date: 01 March , 2015<br> Destination: UTH - S/WEST<br> Departure: Uitenhage - 19:55<br> Arrived: Somerset West - 05:30<br> Ref: No: RLH 506<br> Ticket No: ***<br> <br> The driver had a heater on and it was extremely hot and I went to the driver and humbly requested that he switches off the heater, but he didn't, instead he was very rude and unprofessional to me and shouted at me and told me it was not Hot, I was sweating and my child was restless because of the heat, the whole trip from Uitenhage to Somerset West was so uncomfortable, I could barely breath, my son was crying, it was as if I was dying and the bus driver had no customer care what so ever. It was not the my first travelling with City to City but I never had such a bad experience, when I am travelling I want to be comfortable and enjoy my trip but, I felt like I was burning in hell instead, bear in mind, I paid for that service. Never will I recommend City to city to any one, in fact I am going to warn my family and friends and everyone I know/talk too(word of mouth). I am going to Facebook, twitter and Instagram the bad service I had with City to City. My child was crying and the driver screamed at my child ",NULL,NULL"
