Horrible customer service , absolutely shocking

<p>I had put a ticket on hold at the end of Dec, reference nr WSR186. Now when I try to book another trip using the ticket that was put on hold I am told that no such thing has been done. I mean its over R560-R580 that I have lost over this, how can you claim that a ticket has been put on hold and then revert to saying it hasn't a few weeks later. I wanted to try and rectify the issue and tried to call the client service line but after calling about 10 or more times on various numbers, an agent only picked up once and she was absolutely unfriendly and didn't help at all. Absolutely shocking, never use their services!</p>
