Horrible city to city

Horrible service.. No lines being answered.. 3 hours late.. Supposed to leave at 13.25 and arrive at 16.50..it is now 15.45 and we are still waiting in a city that I am not fami**** with.. Please use Intercape or Aldo coaches instead. Would not recommend this bus to my worst enemy.. Pathetic!
