Great Follow up !

A staff member needed to go from Plettenberg Bay to Durban. The bus did not arrive on schedule. I phoned the helpdesk. They took the booking refrence and the passenger details. They phoned the bus driver, and then phoned the passenger. 15 minutes later the passenger was collected, and everything was sorted :)
