Furious Customer!!

I booked a return ticket from Pretoria to Thohoyandou. The trip from Pretoria went smooth and the bus was on time. Problem started on Sunday the 10th of December 2023, when I had to travel back to Pretoria. My bus was supposed to leave at 07:35am. I got to the bus station around 07:15, I was told the bus was already full, I need to wait for another bus. Mind you, I'm told all this in TshiVenda, I do not speak the language. The next bus left at 08:40. It was an old bus, very unconfortable. Throughout the trip, they would make announcements, in tshiVenda still! The bus was supposed to arrive in PTA at 14:40. Around 14:00, we were at Kranskop, the driver said people going to (Bosman, Ga Rankuwa and Soshanguve) should remain in the bus, the others were put in another bus. I had a flight scheduled for 16:30, I was of the idea that I will be in PTA by 14:40. Long story short, I arrived in PTA at 18:08, missed my flight, hungry and tired from sitting in an uncomfortable bus.

I am really disappointed in City to City. This means I you cant plan accordingly when using this bus.
