Filthy non roadworthy bus

I took the city to city bus from Johannesburg Park Station to Sibasa limpopo. It was cold in the morning so the heater was on, as we got to polokwane it got really hot so the driver turned off the heat. The bus had no aircon and no windows for us to open. We were burning and suffocating In heat. There were children in the bus and they were crying because of the heat condition. The bus was filthy dirty as we entered in the morning and it took us 8 hours to get home. This has been the worst city to city experience
