Female driver sleeping in the bus hallway and dressing into comfy clothes infront of passengers

<p>I have used Translux for almost half of my life and the physical state of these busses is unacceptable. it ranges from old headrests on the seats to a broken dashboard to absolutely no toilet paper in the toilet since we left Pretoria Station to Port Elizabet 24/3/17. But the entertaining part is no passengers were allowed to sit in the first 3 rows on either side, we sat in row number 4 with no one infront of us and just why may we ask cause as soon as the sun goes down the female relieve driver takes off her uniform in full view of the passengers (mind u if any woman unbuttons her shirt all eveys are immediately there). she has on a tank top and slips into her comfy red shirt puts a doek on her head to keep the hairstyle in place, places her blankets strategically in the aisle and goes down for the night after switching off all the lights. Just before Bloemfontein she awakes and puts her clothes back on and picks her blankets up cause people need to disembark. I have asked both drivers when we reached Colesburg to put the music softer and the male driver actually continued playing Maskandi music in the early hours of the morning, thus leaving alot of passengers frustrated, when we entered Uitenhage he actually swithed to Gospel...maybe telling us to calm down in a godly way. For a respectable company like Translux it is highly dissappointing that u dont take the time to stick to proper etiquette that use to be found within the long distance bus service. U subject paying customers to being left frustrated because of the conduct of your staff and u could atleast keep the busses in a good order. but i guess translux has fallen victim to only caring about the profits they make not to the comfort levels of the customers that use the service</p>
