Faulty bus & rude bus driver.

I booked a city to city bus from East London at 22h15 to Durban that departs on the 10th March 2023. It arrived at 3am in East London we waited & waited for hours. Currently I am stuck in Idutywa, the bus has a breakdown we have to wait for a technician whereas we waited for it for hours. The bus driver was very rude she threatned to take the other lady out since she was asking why is your company letting people get into old and faulty buses. I am attending a funeral in Durban and this is an inconvienance. I want my money back. You do not value your customers. I am waiting for your offices to open so that I can complain too. I am dissapointed to be treated like this. I wont be able to burry my loved one.
