Fares Increased - Error

<p>Reservation was done via Call Centre. SMS notification received that the booking will be R470. I went to pay at Pretoria Bosman Station and i was advised that i need to pay R560. How can fees increase within a few hours of booking and then you have cashiers that cannot even explain why is it happening. I have completed a Complaint Form however i am still waiting for the Manager to contact me since 29/12/2016. Its sad if you make use of you coaches regularly and being treated like this. I need the difference to be paid back to me urgently or else i will take this further</p>
