Extremely terrible services. if you can't keep your services up to Standard...Please just shut down the Company!!!

Never in my life have I seen a company so reluctant. Bus is 17 hours late . Communication about a bus delay is sent only five hours after departing time. We are left to wait from noon Tuesday 15h00till Wednesday early hours (03h00) to enter an Ill functioning impeccably dirty bus with drivers who only slept 2 hours long. Please make this make sense! Our health is at risk , lives at risk and the bus hanging on threads just to break down again. The discomfort of having to sit approximately 18 hours in dirt of Passengers who utilized the Bus from Monday afternoon, had to arrive on Tuesday but only got to their destination on Wednesday. Tragic, completely tragic. No evidence of any form of Disinfection or sterilization of the bus, dust is as thick as peanut butter on bread . Seats can't elevate and air conditioning plastered with Frito sachets and tape???? and we are paying customers... The services of city to city is terrible. Highly Questionable work ethic, it's rather disgusting with staff and all!
