EXTREMELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!

?Translux , your services are extremely poor !!!! ?Why do you take our contact no.s when you never call to inform us you’ll be running late ?Even when you do arrive almost 2hrs later - no apologies what so ever ?And what about your pathetic drivers !!!! ? They think they own these busses & own our lives. ?Overtaking 2 busses when they can clearly see there’s an oncoming vehicle ?Allowing us 1 break in a 12 hour trip ?I would really have to be very desperate to travel with Translux again ?The people you treat like ? Translux pay your salaries - Change !!!! ?Totally disappointed & disgusted ?????????
