Extreme bad service

I left Mthatha at 12H00 noon, I am travelling to Pietermaritzburg. We arrived at Kokstad around 15H40 the time is now 18H19. We are just parked here with no explanation. When I asked the driver what time are we leaving as the ticket says we will arrive in Pietermaritzburg at 19H15. The driver responded "I don't know." Poor customer service they just stood outside and eat their food. I wish to upload a picture. What an inconvinience and bad attitude from one of the bus drivers.
