Embarrasment on service by your driver

We went to Bosman station to book a bus that was travelling to Tzaneen and upon arrival the told us the bus is fully booked but we should wait in case some people do not show up, the bus was supposed to leave at 10h30 on the 02 May 2022. We were sold tickets at about 10h25 and when we went to the bus the people showed up but were still waiting for another person, then we were supposed to get in the bus but the driver drove off and left us standing on the platform.
