Drunk driver and no bus

<p>On Sunday 19 March my Aunt was supposed to get on a Translux bus from Midrand to Louis Trichardt. We went to the bus stop and found there was no where to sit as the garage had no benches, the bus was supposed to depart at 9.30 am, however by 11am we starting phoning to find out why no bus had arrived yet, first we were told the bus was on the way from Johannesburg and will be there in 30mins, when we phoned back after 11.30 we were told there was no bus coming as they lost contact with the bus driver and when they got hold of him at 11am he was so drunk he could not even speak properly.</p> <p>Whe then proceeded to Checkers at Cradlestone mall to have them refund the ticket and re book it for today March 2017, we spend another hour there as they kept on telling us they will phone us and we need to wait as the cashier is not able to assist, when we finally started getting angry the lady was suddenly able to assist.</p> <p>This is unacceptable as the lady needed to get home urgently with no other meens of transport.</p> <p> </p>
