Drivers have extremely bad atttitude

Extremely rude drivers. I was expecting my younger brothers to arrive at 6:30am according to the schedule given at the call centre. The bus arrived. When I called one of the drivers to ask where they were exactly so I could prepare to fetch the kids, he was extremely rude.
