Driver stopping now and again to empty his bladder

The driver is stopping everywhere on our way from Joburg to Durban. First he gave his freind a lift from Park Station and dropped him off by the robots. He keeps stopping the bus in the middle of nowhere to relieve himself and won't even excuse himself. We got to Montrose at 12:35 and he tells us to be back at 12:45, we had to rush buy something to eat and go to the toilet within the given ten minutes and unfortunately some people didn't make it on time and the driver drove off at 12:55 leaving other passengers behind. I am so disgusted by this driver's behaviour and I will never ever travel with City to City again. You would swear he is drinking something in the front the way he keeps stopping to empty his bladder. This is the first and last time I use City to City.
