driver over chargedme

on the 12 of february i took a city to city bus from chiawelo to vuwani. the bus fee was R180 bus the bus driver wrote on my slip R190 when i asked him about it he said he made a mistake when i asked him to correct it he said it was too late thats the fee im going to pay. i gave him R200 and he gave me R10 change and refused to give me my other R10. i was the only one over charged. this did not make my trip nice at all. i was angry. and so disappointed.
