Don't Use This Bus, Stay Away

Horrible Service. My sister and our 2 nieces where travelling to Pine Town. Bus depature was 9:50a.m. We arrived at 9 and the consultant checking us in was so rude and said we were late yet we got there at 8:50a.m. We checked in and as i gave my sister a hug to say bye, the driver of the bus closed the door and drove off leaving my sisret behind. The consultant even tried to srop him but he didnt. I had to drive to Heidelberg where the bus was going o pick up other passengers. My niece's laptop even disappeard from the bus.
