Dissatisfied with Translux.

I booked two tickets online from Bellville to Beaufort west. I paid for those tickets and also received the receipt. On our way to Beaufort west everything was well. But coming back on the 18 July. Our names were no where to be found on the systems not on paper either. With me, I had proof of payment as well as the receipt. I was told that the bus I booked for was for the 3 July. However on the receipt it shows I paid for the bus on the 10 July. Even with all the proof I had on my side it made no difference. I had to pay R500 extra of which is double. I am very dissatisfied with prasa translux. And I am also disappointed with how they treated myself my mother and sister. They made it seem as if we were lying. I don't think I will ever book online and pay online again. Neither will i use this bus company again.
