Dissatisfied customer

We had a really bad experience today travelling to nzhelelele with translux bus... When we arrived at kranskop we were told that nzhelele route didn't have any bus allocated funny enough we paid full fares at mabopane station. A solution was found between the drivers, as we approached louis trichard the bus got a puncture we waited for three hours without assistance from tanslux. Three hours later another bus arrived he told us that he is not going to nzhelelele so we should be left stranded on the next of the road... ****ty service we receives at translux/city to city
