Dissapointed customer

I know there is currently a strike at Translux. Am not happy with the service rendered because we only got a message that services are suspended until further notice 45minutes before departure.

This is a total inconvenience whereas atleast if we were told 24hours before we would have made other means for travelling.

So now when we get to the station there is a big notice about the strike and all. Which reads that the services are suspended due to ongoing strike. Plz collect refund at shop rite or checkers store.

Those that bought office tickets, they will be called for the banking details so that a the money can be transferred back into their account. Sorry for the inconvenience.

So now my question is what about the people that bought the tickets obline where do you go for a refund? Because it's not mentioned on the notice. Reference number for the online ticket *** and Serv. No 1400
